Staffordshire offers numerous farm shops and bakeries. If you would like to pre-order a hamper of local sourced produce, please allow 48 hours notice.

A typical hamper will include: 

- Prosecco

- Milk - locally sourced from the neighbouring dairy farm

- Sourdough bread - freshly baked

- Fresh local eggs

- Bacon and sausages - from local butchers

- Fresh fruit selection

- Tea and coffee & orange juice

We have an onsite gym facility which houses a treadmill, exercise bike, cross trainer, rowing machine and large selection of free-weights.

We have a large, 5000L swim spa and jacuzzi for sole use. We require a weeks notice if you would like to use the swim spa. Due to health and safety reasons, the swim spa has to be fully emptied, cleaned and refilled, then heated for 48 hours prior to use. This takes several days due to the size and steps required, which justifies the price at £150 per stay.

We offer a variety of classes including yoga, breathwork, lifestyle medicine and wellness workshops.
